JUGGLING SUNS HEATING UP!

*** MEDIA ALERT***

Contact: Coleman Brice 310.995.6634

For Immediate Release:

Juggling Suns Heat Up August!

Asbury Park, NJ - TONIGHT! Point Pleasant based local band Juggling Suns takes the main stage at the Sunshine Daydream Festival (aka Jerry Garcia's Birthday Bash) in Terra Alta, WV. Originally scheduled to play the late night side stage, Juggling Suns' set has been moved to the main stage featuring Keller Williams and Blues Traveler. This move is in due part to the recent momentum surrounding Juggling Suns live-album Tranzmutation on AERIA Records.

"About 5 years ago, Juggling Suns did a gig at the Stone Pony (in Asbury Park) with Keller and Merl Saunders. During sound check Keller walked up to me and said 'Hi- you probably don't remember me but back in the early 90s I used to see my old band Solar Circus play in Richmond, VA- and my first band used to cover two of your tunes!' ("All Here Together" and "Fortune Teller"). He even noodled out Fortune Teller in his own sound check! I was just blown away – what an honor! So I kind of always thought that one day we would be able to hook up," said Juggling Suns' Mark Diomede during a recent interview regarding his July 28, 2006 performance opening for Keller Williams at the *House of Blues* in Atlantic City, NJ. (Sunshine Daydream will be the second reunion of Keller and Juggling Suns in one-week's time.) Additional recent achievements include:

- The song "Droplets" being featured on the recent Relix Sampler CD which was distributed to over 100,000 magazine subscribers.

- "Schwagtown USA" being aired extensively on Sirius Satellite Radio's Jam-On channel 17. Additionally, Juggling Suns has been invited to call in for on-air updates for Sirius Radio's epic "Summer of Jam".

Hollywood Nights..

Flew into LAX last night and was picked up by the Galaxy President (Jordan Lee of Candyland Riots!).

Exploring feverishly my old haunts and walking through the grace of Whitley Heights, Thai food at Toi on Sunset, worshiping Eddie Van Halen's orginal red & black striped Kramer at Guitar Center (imagine an aspiring knight seeing excalibur) - THE GUITAR that launched MANY DREAMS.. Drawing a camel from Clark Gables old cigarette case, Jordan informed me of his warm friendship with the recently passed Shelly Winters - a true Hollywood legend, so many grand tales told of a golden era in American History... Back to Jordan's lair to hear old demos when Jordan used to play with first band (his guitar player went on to form Hawthorne Heights).

The next Luna Musings should be interesting indeed..

Juggling Suns To Release New Album on AERIA Records

Asbury Park, NJ - On June 20th, 2006 the world will hear the latest evolution across the sonic universe of Juggling Suns entitled Tranzmutation.

Point Pleasant, NJ based Juggling Suns was initially discovered by Johnny Z, the legendary A&R guru/indie mogul who signed Metallica, Kings X, and Warren Haynes among others. His NJ based label Megaforce was among the most successful independent labels ever, and while Johnny Z will have eternal bragging rights for bringing the world Juggling Suns, Asbury Park based AERIA Records is equally proud to bring them back. “AERIA Records is profoundly delighted to support the latest chapter of Juggling Suns long strange trip and prodigious musical career”, says AERIA Records CEO Coleman R. Brice.

Featuring Mark Diomede on guitar and vocals, Gus Vigo on keyboards and vocals, Ken E. Kruise on bass and vocals, Tim Morris on rhythm guitar and vocals, and Andrew Lenaghan on drums, Juggling Suns’ unique style of cosmic dance music has been astounding audiences from New Jersey to Japan for several years and is well poised to fill the gap left by the departure of Phish from the jam band scene.

The group’s roots extend back to the legendary N.J. band Solar Circus. Originating as a Grateful Dead cover band, the group evolved into without question, the most sought after original band along the Jersey Shore. Over the years, the band has released five albums internationally, have been featured on several compilations, and toured nationally – sharing the stage with everyone from Tom Constanten, The Radiators, Widespread Panic, Hot Tuna and Bruce Springsteen (on the actual day Jerry Garcia died).

The band has also appeared in the feature film "Runaway Bride" featuring Julia Roberts and Richard Gere and been featured in the New York Times.

A limited edition advance version of Tranzmutation will be available exclusively at the Juggling Suns April 14th appearance at The Stone Pony in Asbury Park. The band is also performing warm up dates for an extensive Summer/Fall 2006 club, amphitheatre, and festival Tour. Please visit: aeriarecords.com or www.jugglingsuns.com for additional information.

AGENCY AQUARIAN REVIEW!

3-31-06 AQUARIAN A&E Weekly Review AGENCY

by Ken Shane

"There's something brewing again in Asbury Park. Bands like AGENCY and Days Awake are drawing big crowds to revitalized clubs like The Wonder Bar and The Stone Pony, and Asbury Park-based AERIA Records is have success signing local artists and putting out strong product. The city and the music scene are getting back on their feet.

Anthemic guitar-driven energy is what you get from AGENCY on their debut album. Think U2 fronted by Jim Kerr of Simple Minds if you need a guidepost, but the band has their own sound, and it's not one heard in these parts very often. AGENCY may be a local band, but this is not local music. Songs like "Dissolve" and "Observation" are world class, and deserve a wide audience.

Don't look now, but the storied history of NJ rock may be starting a new chapter. It should be an interesting summer in Asbury Park."

What's a "real" band?

What makes an authentic group? I believe the collision
between cooperation and conflict where the players collectively
accentuate the positives and manifest a unique musical DNA.

Its a lucky thing to be in a real ensemble. You can take the best
musicians in the world, but it doesn't necessarily comprise a good
band..

That's why I put up with Phantom's Opera for 10 years.. It was its own
thing and I recognized the value of that authenticity..

Be your own thing kids :)
